Safe Sex for Patients with Respiratory Disorders

Patients with lung sometimes lack confidence to have sex for fear his breathing condition that is often struggling. Lung Specialists provide some tips that can be practiced patient lungs. The British Lung Foundation (BLF) provides tips for those who have respiratory problems to help improve his sex life. Dr Noemi Eiser, medical direktus BLF says people who suffer from lung disorders can compromise in intercourse. "It's important to discuss this issue with your partner about the concerns that exist and the need for openness and mutual understanding. Create favorable conditions and environment of mutual trust to prevent stress and shortness of breath," said Dr Noemi as quoted by the Telegraph.
Here are suggestions to prevent shortness of breath during sex for people with respiratory disorders:
1. Do sex when feeling calm and respiratory conditions are good
2. Try to remove the phlegm before having sex or avoid sex in the morning when sputum production is many-many.
3. Avoid sex after a heavy meal or drinking alcohol. You'll have trouble breathing if a full stomach and feel bloated.
4. If you suddenly feel very short of breath during intercourse, try to stop and take a breath slowly and in the diaphragm but not stopping sex altogether.
5. Do not forget to have sex is for pleasure and enjoyment you. Laugh and talk about the difficulties experienced when having sex for the load to escape.
"For those patients the lungs do not have to stop to enjoy the experience of sex. Enjoying a satisfying sex life can also be performed lung patients," he said.
